>stress of pushing during labor? Possibly, but if you were to try it, a forceps delivery would likely be mandatory, because you sure don't want to push like you would have to otherwise. I am considering a VBAC. If you were my patient and insisted on it, I would try to find another physician who would take care of you. The benefits of a succesful vaginal delivery are much less than the complications of an intracranial hemorrhage. The fact that you had one bleed with NO symptoms, means you were LUCKY once. You really shouldn't push it. Thank you.
