I think i am pregnant but all HPT tests are negative but I now have movement and expressing milk

I am 6 months late on my period have had irregulars before due to
ovarian cysts one prior to last was 8 months prior. Well I have had
many symptoms of pregnancy and during last exam doc saw something and
requested an urine preg test, negative as well. Well the thing is I am
expressing milk and started having movement in my stomach today. I am
tired all the time but the 12 tests I have taken all say negative. I am
trying to get the doctor to get me a sonogram, and besides I have a lot
of weight gain going on right now as well. My question is I am on
Celexa will that harm a fetus, I have asked my doctor but she tells me
not to worry and keep taking my meds, I am not depressed and don't
really care to take the meds anyhow, but I have been real moody a lot
lately and they keep me calm and destressed but do not want to harm
child if i am preganant. another thing is when I have a bowel I bleed
slightly vaginally it stops after a couple of minutes is this something
to be alarmed about as well.
