Pregnancy and TaeBo

For long before I ever was pregnant, I was doing TaeBo. I liked to be extremely active. Now I am 17 weeks, and stopped such rigorous workouts since I found out I was. I have tried the preg aerobics and other workouts tailored specifically for preg women, but I feel nothing. Recently, I got my TaeBo videos back out and tried modified exercises. I know not to over work my abdomen, not to bounce/ jar my body, etc. What are my real concerns here. I have been feeling lazy without such a workout. I went back to the basic workouts, keep lots of water around, make the movements about 1/2 of what I used to, I use a chair or table edge for balance. Am I going to do any damage? Or am I okay as long as I listen to my body? Thanks, any advice is helpful!
