With just the swelling, it bears watching. However, your b/p sounds good, and there is no protein in the urine. Pre eclampsia can be very dangerous at any stage of pregnancy. From what you state, you are not there. And since you are 39 weeks, if you did start running a higher b/p or protein in your urine, I would imagine induction would be considered. Swelling sure can be related to extreme heat (upper 90's here today)
