I am almost 37 weeks pregnant. At my last visit to the doctor 4 days ago she told me I was dilated 2 centimeters and 75% effaced. Since then I have had alot of cramping and spuratic contractions. Today when I was laying on the couch not doing anything I felt and heard a popping noise up inside somewhere where the cervix is. It did not hurt nor did any fluid come rushing out. I have been discharging ALOT of mucus today but that is all. What do you think this popping noise is. I have another Dr. appt on Thursday the 18.
