Thank you doctor for answering my question about pink tinted mucous at 6dpo (or so I thought). My next question is if my cycles have been consistently 28-29 day cycles wouldn't ovulation on day 17 put me in a 34-35 day cycle? Why would that happen? According to what I've learned about BBT and mucous charting I was to watch for egg white mucous (which I've had since 7/13) and a raise in my temperature. My temp was consistent until day 14 on which it rose by .3, on day 15 I got numerous temp readings ranging from 97.2-97.5. I don't know if that matters but went with 97.2 to be safe. Days 15 and 16 were my low temp days and my temp rose significantly on day 17. Am I confused? I thought that when my temp. rose and stayed elevated that I had already ovulated! Could you please clear this up for me? I continue to have the egg white mucous and the pink/brown tint has stopped for now! Also, could you please for me what periovulatory spotting is? (I've tried looking in the archives and to the best of what I found it is simply spotting that occurs during the exact time of ovulation--is that right?) Thank you again! Ange
