I forgot one question, what about fiber con pills? I have a whole bottle of them. How often should I take them and will they cause cramps as well as laxatives. I've been two scared to try them. Should I take them every day regardless if I'm constipated or not. I read you should take two twice a day. Does that seem right? Another problem is I can't dring a glass of water all at once due to my morning sickness I have to sip it through out the day. Will this cause a problem?
