could be that there is still some tissue left. Another possibility is ectopic pregnancy (was the origianl tissue sent to the lab and did it indeed confirm an intrauterine pregnancy?) and the third is a molar pregnacny (again, was teh tissue from the D&Cs sent to the lab?)
