Have you taken a pregnancy test yet? It should show up positive by now if you were. After the pill your periods can take quite some time to adjust. Sometimes you have a long annovulatory (no ovulation), sometimes the cycles are longer or shorter than normal, the bleeding could be erratic for a little while to. I'd talk to your doctor, but this happened to me after the pill and after some sequential pregnancy tests, which were negative, they told me it was just my body adjusting.
