I learned three weeks ago that I was going to have a miscarriage. I am RH negitive, could this have caused my miscarriage? I did not want a DNC, hoping that the miscarriage would take care of itself. I'm having a hard time moving on because it has not yet happened. It is all I think about. I'm depressed, demotivated and VERY moody. Any advice?
