Emma,

In my experiance and in the experiance of others I know, morning sickness does just disappear. One day you're in the toilet, the next day you're not. There is no reason to believe that there is anything wrong with your baby, everything sounds perfectly fine. However, if you continue to worry call your Doc's office and talk to a nurse, I'm sure he or she will reassure you that everyhting is fine and what you're experiancing is normal. Best wishes, you and your baby sound fine. It is also very normal to worry about EVERYTHING, so don't be too hard on yourself.
