Kegals questionFrom: Megan (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 29 Jun 2002 10:49:07 -0500 (CDT)
This may seem like a silly question, but... I am 35 weeks, and at last week's check up my doctor noticed that my cervix is getting soft and the baby has started to drop. I was wondering if it's not a good idea to continue with Kegals because of this. Will the tightening of my pelvic floor increase the softening of my cervix or in any way harm the baby now that it is in my pelvic region? Thanks.
