14 weeks pregnant, is this a danger sign?

Age :28 This is my first pregnancy.

Hi, I am 14 weeks pregnant, and suffered from morning sickness that hit in the afeternoon since I was 5.5 weeks. I threw up once or twice a day everyday , and I had terrbile nausea. 2 days ago, I woke up feeling great, no nausea, no throwing up, nothing. I know that morning sickness should ease up in the second trimester, but shouldn't this be gradual? Is it normal for morning sickness to disappear overnight, even in the second trimester?

My question is: is it likely that everything is ok? Or is it more likely that the baby is dead? Could the vanishing morning sickness be normal? My last ultrasound was at 12 weeks, the baby was good and measuuring 13 weeks 4 days. My next doctor appt is in a week. I would be grateful for any input. I know that there is no definte answer and that I should be checked, I just want to know what are the chancnes that the baby is ok, is it very slim?

Thanks for your help.
