many hospitals now no longer offer VBACs, mainly due to the legal climate (the rupture rate of 1 - 2% hasn't changed over the years, although the risk is a bit higher if labor is induced)

since you have successfully VBACed before, you may want to transfer care to a facility that is equipped to do VBACs (bascially a larger hospital with 24 hour a day in-house ob AND anesthesia AND a staffed and aready operating room in case the proverbial you-know-what hits the fan)
