I was wondering why some women can get pregnant so easily like have sex once and get up right after and still get pregnant ,then women like me who have to watch for my fertlie days,have sex on all those days,plus lay on my back with my legs propped up for an hour just to get pregnant?Some women more fertile than others?Just wondering.
