I'm not a medical professional, but I'm about 13 weeks along and I've had some symptoms that I thought could be uti as well, but was just pregnancy. The back pain I think is pretty normal. Mine is worse at the bottom of my shoulder blades because my chest has grown extremely large. As for the abdominal pains, I've only had very mild discomfort that felt like slight pulling, so I don't know about that one:o). Best of luck to you:o). I'm glad you were able to hear the heartbeat!!
