I'm 20 weeks this week and starting recent days my feet have been swollen. I know this is normal and is due to the difficulty of blood flow back to the heart but will this affect the enough blood flow to the baby? My dr. told me to stand in the swimming pool with the water at my belly level and he said this helps. Thanks very much for your reply!!
