i have had a few BH today, but i am now getting something else..

mild menstrual cramps that come and go...is this a contraction? my entire belly isn't getting hard or hurting badly, just lower like i was going to start my period. this has happened several times. it feels like menstrual cramps that last for a short time, then are gone entirely.
