4 days early/new improved pregnancy tests

Ok so I know all of yaw have noticed those pregnancy tests that are coming out that say "Now find out results 4 days before you expect your period". I am really not getting that. I mean, I know that most "normal" people probably ovulate in the middle of the cycle, but what about those people that ovulate just days before their period??? (1)This does happen, right??? (2)If you did ovulate right before your period, how accurate would those tests be anyway??? (3)I guess what I am saying is, if you got pregnant right before your period then it wouldn't show up for weeks, right??? Any advice, thoughts???? I know that some of yaw have thought of this before and we all drive ourselves crazy with these questions!!!!
