Dr's my question was never answered last week..Im going to repostFrom: amy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 25 Jun 2002 09:17:34 -0500 (CDT)
Do I need to worry about this? Im 30 weeks pregnant and my in laws have a mouse (probably more than one)in their house...they noticed because there were droppings on the kitchen chair (YUCK!!!!). I NEVER eat anything over there and I always wash my hands...should I be concerned? Im concerned because they are not exactly the "cleanest" when it comes to disposing of the droppings (they are old school and dont worry about such things)..they just throw them in the trash and dont even wipe up where they were. Im getting very concerned for my unborn child as I really can't avoid being there and it is very frustrating for me. They set out poison in the basement (hopefully it will help) but Im very concerned and can't relay my concern to them because they will think Im overreacting. I did send them info on the HantaVirus..but now Im reading about LCMV (?) and it's freaking me out even more. I have a 3 year old too and he LOVES to be over there....Im concerned about him also! thanks
