27 weeks pregnant extreme uteral tightening, and contractions

On Saturday I went for an 2 hour walk on the beach. Yesterday (Sunday)
I started feeling extreme pelvic pressure and tightening of my uterus.
My stomach has never gotten this hard. Today is Monday, and I continue
feeling this through out my work day. Does this post a threat? With my
first first child, I did not experience this until 36 -37 weeks, and she
was born on week 38.
