Most women take the shots in their abdomen or thighs so if there are any bruises they are not visible. Bruising and pain can be minimized if you ice the area you place the stot for 5 minutes before you take it. If you do get bruises they will just go away after a few days like any other bruise you may get and these are usually really small bruises.
