I also have problems with constipation. My doctor has given me the OK to take Colace (stool softener) without laxatives as needed. Also, I have found drinking prune juice as yucky as it is seems to help, Raisin Bran in the morning, and I eat Cracklin Oat Bran (cereal kind of expensive $5 a box) dry on and off all day long as a snack. Try those thing and see if any help. Also, of course up the water intake it keeps things inside all lubricted. I think fourteen weeks is a little early to be feeling fetal movement on a regular basis too so don't let that worry you.
