I'm currently 11 weeks pregnant. When I have a bowel movement I have sharp pains in my lower abdomen above my pelvic bone, and the entire day until I have a bowel movement.. Is this normal or should I be worried? Also I have a yeast infection and I picked up some over the counter medicine but I couldn't find any monistat so I got the equate brand (cheapest) its the 7 day treatment. Is this okay to use or do I need to go to a different drug store and get monistat?
