I was on 3 oral meds morning and 2 at night to keep my sugar undercontrol before i got PG. The dr as soon as he found out i was PG, wanted me to stop right then taking them, but i couldn't get into see him til today. So from time of impantation has been about 2 weeks, eventhough my LMP was may 10th. I have an appointment next week with my OB, at a high risk hospital to do all my prenatal care. However i kinda want heads up of the damage that i could have caused going without any medication... I'm 38 years old and this is my first baby. My sugars were running between 250-350 without any meds.... So far cause he didn't give me fast acting insulin my sugar is SLOWLY going down, he was afraid to give me the other for fear of me bottoming out. I have had NO spotting i hope this is a good sign... Thanks for your help...
