I am on my first cycle of Gonal-F, have 4 good, mature follicles. Had IUI yesterday using donor sperm. Sperm count 100 million, motility EXCELLENT. First time though that they saw no free fluid. Is this a problem? Can my fallopian tube (only have one now) still scoop up eggs? (HCG shot was 18 hours before IUI, but eggs had not yet released.) THANK YOU!!!
