Kelley,

You could be me except the most swollen spot is on the top of my right foot. I ended up buying a pair of velcro men's sandals to wear since I couldn't find women's shoes wide enough. And the velcro allows me to adjust as my feet swell so they don't get even more irritated. The good thing is that we should both be having babies soon! Good luck!
