It sounds like a run of the mill case of gastritis/gastroenteritis. Make sure you push fluids, try gatorade, gingerale or pospsicles. If you are still running to bathroom in the morning, or if you get worse tonight call your OB. I had same type deal at exact same point in my 2nd pregnancy. Hospitalized 2 days for IV fluids, and all was fine.
