I have been having a terrible bout of diarrhea for the last 3 days. It started Sunday AM, and I had thought it was tapering off yesterday morning. I even had an obgyn appt yesterday, and told her that I'd been having "a little diarrea" but that it seemed to be better. She said just make sure to stay hydrated. Well, I got home early yesterday and WOW, did it hit me again, and stayed with me into the night, all night and even still a little today. Just when I think there is nothing left in me I have to run to the bathroom again, and my stomach feels like it's been beat up.

My question is this, is any of this dangerous to my baby? How would I know if this was something serious like Listeria? I don't believe I have a fever, I just ache all over. But I am scared.
