cramping is very normal throughout pregnancy. your uterus is growing, and the baby is stretching, it is normal to feel that going on. pulling on the sides and top is also normal to some extent as the ligaments supporting the uterus now have to support more weight than they are used to. i know you are very concerned about problems, and believe me i feel your anxiety...but you need to understand that pains and cramps and aches are normal during pregnancy. i think sometimes people forget to tell others that pregnancy is uncomfortable...i think we go into this thinking that everything is going to be wonderful and we are going to feel glowingly fabulous..it just doesn't happen that way. if you are spotting or the pain is SEVERE...call your doctor..if its mild, try not to worry =)
