Stopping progesterone a little late and TTC next cycle

At 8 dpo, I had extreme tenderness in my breasts. A progesterone test that cycle came low. So the OBGYN asked me to take 100mg suppositories 2xdaily. While on progesterone, I started to bleed lightly. A hpt came negative. I went for a blood test because I had felt ovulation pains on both ovaries this cycle. The bloodwork came negative. Then I stopped progesterone. However, my periods have stopped. I haven't had my regular amount of bleeding.

My question is, should the next cycle be skipped? Will the uterus lining be healthy, for TTC?
