Is mild diarreha in early pregnancy (11w3d) something to be overly concerned about? It has occured about once a day (usually first thing in morning - not constant like when you have the flu). No fever or other "flu-like" symtoms. As funny as it sounds - could it has something to do with the fact that while I am normally a vegetarian, I've had this enormous craving for fried chicken and have eaten it three times in the last week? (Craving has since left and I'm back to being "non-meat eating"). Your help is GREATLY appreciated.
