Pelvic pain & 11 weeks pregnant

I am 11w 1d and last had u/s on 6/10/02 (everything OK heartbeat 175 bpm). Today is first day that my uterus has noticeably risen from my pelvis and into my abdomen. Today is also first day that I have intermittant pelvic pain. Pain is described as a "pinch of pain" nothing like a menstrual cramp. No spotting/bleeding/etc. Also, have slighted retroverted uterus. My doctor's office says not to worry - but that's what they always say!! 1st pregnancy - had 1 m/c 1/2002. Any help GREATLY appreciated!
