Am I Overweight? Should I trim down a touch....

Dear Dr,
I am 5'11" I now weigh 155lbs, my BMI is 21.6,
I weiged 135 until 4 yrs ago and I slowly packed on the 20 extra from
being a SAHM. Maybe too thin back then, but am I considered OW now? 1st
IVF in July, should I trim it off some prior to hopefully becoming pg
next mth...
