100 mg clomid days 3-7

The month before last I was on clomid days 3-7 50 mg. I did not ovulate and started my period really early on day 21.

The doctor had me skip a month on clomid and have a normal cycle (which I did) and he started me on 100mg on days 3-7.

Questions:

When should I expect to ovulate on 100 mg clomid 3-7.

Last time the doctor had me come in and test to see if I ovulated, he has told me to do that this month... Is there a way to know if it worked if he doesn't do testing?

When should I start taking opk?

Any help would be great!
