I'm not cramping or bleeding, not even spotting. Any ideas? Hi, I am 19 weeks pregnant and at 8 weeks pregnant I 'lost' my pregnancy symptoms. I started out with really bad nausea and vomiting and extreme tiredness and it really was quite bizzare how one day I just didn't have them. I went to the doctors but she wasn't really worried about it. Like I say I have had a good pregnancy so far and feel quite lucky that my first trimester problems only lasted 2 months.
