She may or may not be showing, depending on her body size, weight gain, previous pregnancies. She will almost always be able to feel the pregnancy herself.

Depends on of you use calender months or lunar months. Since lunar months are more closely aligned with a woman's cycle, I tend to use those. There are 10 lunar months in a normal pregnancy, each about 4 weeks long, so you are 6 months.
