Maybe a heating pad would help. Of course, if you are like me at 37 weeks, you may be hot all the time and the heating pad might help the back, but make the rest of you miserable. When you sleep, do you put a pillow between your knees? I find that if I put the pillow lengthwise down my legs (supporting whole lower leg) it helps more. I don't have much else to offer personally except that it's almost over. I know that's not a whole lot of consolation since I'm REALLY ready to have my baby too....
