It sounds to me like you took a E.P.T. they told me that the whole test area turns pink. Mine did but I had "flooded it" meaning that i held it longer than 5 seconds, and when the 20 minutes were up the test was not valid according to the help number. I took a first response test later that night and it was "faint" posivite. Then one the next morning with FMU and it was darker posivite... I'm 3 days overdue for AF. I trust the result :)
