Is there any allergy medication that IS safe during pg?

I have been taking Sudafed, but it doesn't really help that much, except to clear my stuffiness. I use to take Allegra D and Nasonex togehter and always felt fine, but I stopped when I learned I was pg.

My questions are these:

Is there any allergy medication that IS okay during pg? and How much sudafed is too much? I have been taking it at least 2 times a day, somtimes 3 (the box says I can take it up to 4 tmes a day) for the last 3 days but feel guilty doing so.
