I have infertility problems and have talked to my doctor about this and read a lot about it. You see,I love my Dr. pepper. Each can has 33 mg of caffeine. My understanding is that the equivalent of 1 cup of regular coffee a day is unlikely to impact your chances for getting pregnant. However, I do try to keep it down because you never do know for sure. I did recently get pregnant on my two can a day habit of soda. When I found out I was pregnant I cut down to one can a day. However, I lost the baby at 7 weeks. I don't think the caffeine had anything to do with any of it though. Hope this helps.
