42 Day Cycle with Temp Shift

I have been off the bcp since 10/01. I have been tracking my bbt for 3 cycles now with no success. My current cycle is on it's 42nd day and no sign of my menses yet. My temperature rose on day 28 to 98.0 and today dropped to 97.6, which is below my coverline of 97.7. My past two cycles have had only 10 to 11 days of high temps, yet this cycle is currently at 15. I have taken 2 hpt's (days 39 & 41)which have been negative.

I have been incredibly upset for the past two days and would like some input from the forum. After 7 cycles and 9 months of trying I am really stressed and depressed. I am waiting for my doctors office to open but would like some support in the meantime.

With the current temp dip and my long cycle, is there any hope that I could be pregnant?
