Probably...I would watch for gushing or HEAVY bleeding.

I would definitely wait. Basically you have a wound in your uterus and
you want to avoid anything that could increase the liklihood of
infection. For this reason, I would probably avoid tub baths as well
and swimming, etc, sticking instead to showers. No tampons, pads only,
nothing in the vagina.
