Tammy, Adderall is a combination drug containing Dextro-amphetamine and amphetamine, on the street it's considered speed. This drug is highly addictive and abusive. There are no studies in on use in pregnancy but, there is no way in He** I would consider taking this med during pregnancy. Do an internet search yourself but quickly I found http://www.fromthepines.com/Adderall.html It IS KNOWN to be excreted in breastmilk. Good Luck
