FHR and TrisomiesFrom: L. (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 31 May 2002 23:22:22 -0500 (CDT)
Hi, Have searched the archives and still would like to know what constitutes a fast fetal heart rate, sufficient that it could be an indicator of a trisomy. I am 37 and at 10w2d (and measuring 3 days ahead) my baby had a nuchal translucency measurement of .18 cm. and hr of 180 bpm. The baby was squirming a lot. The hr seems a bit fast . . . should I chew my nails for a few more weeks? :-) Thank you in advance. Beth
