Dear Fadette I have been in a similiar situation but my doctor explained the pros and cons of dc to me and left the decision to me. There are good and bad things with both. With dnc risks are: -Damage to uterus and the risks associated with a surgery with natural mc: -excessive bleeding which may result in need of emergancy dnc -risk of infection

however the latter is natural and former a manual procedure open to the the risk of errors.. It is a very personal and difficult decision so decide what would make you recover better and deal with the loss better.I personally choose to miscarry naturally as i having no kids could not afford a remote chance of a error or utrine damage and was bleeding normally not excessively.
