HI there — If you've been tyring for 2 years without success, the titled uterus is NOT the problem. Many, many women have a tilted uterus, and it does not intere fere with conception. I myself have an extremely retroverted uterus and ahve 3 children without any problems. Please consider seeing an RE to help diagnose what is going wrong. That said, to answer your quesiton, I believe that the best position for tilted uterus is the man entering from behind and woman on her knees. But like I said, I don't think position is the problem here. Good luck.
