Hi, Gina. I was told I had tilted uterus by two different doctors (I had to switch doctors because of my insurance). They both said it doesn't affect ability to have a baby at all.

I was actually able to get pg the first month we tried. Unfortunately I miscarried within a week of learning I was pg...

Here's what we did: - I had 2 Tbsp guaifenesin/day (my husband says I was noticeably more wet) - drank lots of water - mostly did the missionary position with a pillow underneath my hips (because it's my favorite...) - afterwards I usually stayed put for about 5 minutes (again, because that feels good for me)

I don't know if the positions make any difference, but my husband noticed the effect of guaifenesin+water

(Guaifenesin is the active ingredient in plain Robitussin; you can also get generic version which is much cheaper.)
