I have a tilted uterus and and my husband and i are trying to have our 2nd child, can you tell me the best position in how to become pregnant with a tilted uterus please??? and is it true when the man egaculates in you virgina is it true that you should lie on your back and if it is true how long. Sorry for the dum questions and we are just fustrated becuase we have been trying to have a baby for 2 years and nothing yet and we really can't afford a firtility specialist right now. so any advice is welcomed, thank you
