Newly pregnant - scared and worried

I am now 2 mths preggo. I was taking treatment for infertility due to PCOS and blocked tubes. As a part of my treatment for blocked tubes I was taking EHT injections into the uterus to clear blocked tubes. On day 38 of this cycle I took one, thinking I may not be pregnant. I also took some estrogen tablets to get my periods. Now I am scared whether this will affect the baby growth. Please let me know if these will really affect the growth.
